SHIPPING

Takes 5 to 7 business days from the date order is entered into our system. Order processing takes place from Monday through Friday.

Shipping and handling charges are 15% of total order with a minimum of $9.99 and a maximum of $11.99. Orders over $100.00 are FREE.

Express shipping

Express shipping is available on web orders placed before noon, CST, Monday through Friday. Call 1-800-417-SKIN.

Refused Shipments

If a shipment is refused or fails to be accepted for any reason there will be a 25% restocking fee plus actual freight charges.

P.O. Boxes

Skintreatment.com cannot ship orders to a P.O. Box. APO/EPO orders will be shipped by Priority Mail.

Additional State Shipping Charges

Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands add $15. We cannot guarantee timely shipping to these locations.

RETURNS

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, return the product within 30 days of purchase with your original receipt, and we'll be happy to refund your purchase or send a replacement product.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on any skincare products that are more than 25% consumed.

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns. If returns reduce the total order to less than the amount required to qualify for Free Shipping, shipping and handling fee will be deducted from refund.

When items are purchased as a set, we can only accept returns of complete sets, not individual items.

All refunds are credited to the original pay method. No cash refunds.

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. We highly recommend you send your package via an insured and prepaid method. Include your packing slip and please let us know the reason for the return.
